UAE PDPL Compliance Implementation Services
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law changes how every business in the country collects, stores and shares personal data. M365 Enterprise Hub turns PDPL requirements into practical processes and Microsoft 365 controls for organizations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, with matching support for Saudi PDPL.

What Is UAE PDPL Compliance?
The UAE PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, governs the processing of personal data in the UAE and of UAE residents’ data. Compliance means knowing what personal data you hold, having a lawful basis, respecting data subject rights, securing data, managing cross-border transfers and reporting breaches to the UAE Data Office. Free zones such as DIFC and ADGM have their own data protection laws.
It connects with our GDPR advisory, data classification and DLP compliance services.

Why PDPL Compliance Matters
Customers, regulators and business partners now expect personal data to be handled lawfully and securely. Non-compliance can lead to regulatory action, lost contracts and reputational damage, while a single breach can expose thousands of records.
A structured programme lets you prove compliance, respond to data subject requests quickly and use data with confidence, including in AI and Copilot projects.
