Exchange Server Deployment in UAE & KSA
Need to keep email on-premises for data residency, compliance or hybrid coexistence? M365 Enterprise Hub deploys and upgrades Microsoft Exchange Server for organizations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including moves to Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) now that Exchange 2016 and 2019 are out of support.

What Are Exchange Server Deployment Services?
Exchange Server deployment is the design, installation and configuration of Microsoft’s on-premises email platform: mailbox servers, Database Availability Groups (DAGs), mail flow, certificates, client access and security. It also covers upgrades, hybrid configuration with Exchange Online and decommissioning old servers.
If you plan to move to the cloud instead, see our Exchange Online migration service.
Exchange Deployment Options
We deploy the model that fits your compliance and business requirements.
New Exchange SE Deployment
Greenfield Exchange Server Subscription Edition with DAG high availability, built on Windows Server 2022 or 2025.
Upgrade from Exchange 2016/2019
Side-by-side migration of mailboxes, connectors and namespaces to Exchange SE with no email downtime.
Exchange Hybrid
Exchange on-premises coexisting with Exchange Online for staged cloud moves or regulated mailboxes.

Why Exchange Server Upgrades Are Urgent
Exchange Server 2016 and 2019 reached end of support on 14 October 2025. They no longer receive security updates, and Exchange has been one of the most heavily exploited on-premises products in recent years.
Moving to Exchange SE or Exchange Online closes that risk, keeps you supported, and protects your email with modern email security.

Servers months behind on CUs and SUs.

Exchange Server Deployment FAQs
No. Exchange Server 2016 and 2019 reached end of support on 14 October 2025. Microsoft no longer releases security updates for them, so organizations should move to Exchange Server Subscription Edition or Exchange Online.
Exchange Server SE is the current on-premises version of Exchange, released in 2025. It follows Microsoft’s Modern Lifecycle Policy, receiving continuous updates as long as you keep subscription licenses or Software Assurance.
Exchange Online suits most organizations. On-premises Exchange SE makes sense for strict data residency, air-gapped networks or specific integrations. We assess both options with you.
Yes. Exchange 2019 CU15 servers can be upgraded in place to Exchange SE. Older versions need a side-by-side migration.
Small environments take two to four weeks. Larger multi-site or DAG environments usually take six to ten weeks including mailbox moves and decommissioning.
