Identity & Access Hardening in UAE & KSA
Stolen and phished credentials are behind most Microsoft 365 breaches. M365 Enterprise Hub hardens Microsoft Entra ID for organizations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with phishing-resistant MFA, risk-based Conditional Access and privileged access controls, so a stolen password is no longer enough to get in.

What Is Identity & Access Hardening?
Identity and access hardening secures how users, admins, devices and apps authenticate and what they can access. It includes MFA strength, Conditional Access, legacy authentication blocking, privileged role management, app consent controls, guest access and sign-in risk policies in Microsoft Entra ID.
For on-premises identity, see Active Directory design and hardening; for admin access, see privileged access management.

Privileged Identity Hardening
PIM, emergency access accounts, admin separation and access reviews.

Why Identity Hardening Comes First
Attackers now use adversary-in-the-middle phishing kits that bypass SMS and app-push MFA, then abuse token theft, OAuth consent and dormant admin accounts. Weak identity controls make every other security investment easier to bypass.
Hardened identity is the foundation of Zero Trust and a core requirement in UAE IA, Dubai ISR and Saudi NCA ECC.
Our Identity Hardening Services
Layered controls for users, admins, apps and guests.
Passkeys, FIDO2 keys, Windows Hello for Business and authentication strengths.
Policies for users, admins, devices, locations and risk.
Remove basic auth and other protocols that bypass MFA.
Just-in-time admin roles, approvals and emergency accounts.
Admin consent workflow and review of risky app permissions.

Common Identity Weaknesses We Fix
What we find in most Entra ID tenants:
SMS or push MFA vulnerable to phishing and fatigue.
Too many always-on privileged accounts.
Protocols that skip MFA entirely.
Third-party apps with broad mailbox access.

Identity & Access Hardening FAQs
Phishing-resistant MFA uses methods such as passkeys, FIDO2 security keys, Windows Hello for Business and certificate-based authentication, which cannot be intercepted by fake login pages the way SMS codes or push approvals can.
Conditional Access is the Microsoft Entra ID policy engine that decides whether to allow, block or require extra checks for a sign-in based on user, device, location, app and risk.
Legacy protocols do not support modern MFA, so attackers use them for password spraying. Blocking them is one of the most effective identity controls.
PIM gives admins time-limited, approved access to privileged roles instead of permanent assignments, reducing the impact of compromised admin accounts.
Conditional Access requires Entra ID P1. Risk-based policies and PIM require Entra ID P2, included in Microsoft 365 E5. We map controls to your licenses.
A review takes about one week. Conditional Access and MFA rollout usually takes two to six weeks with report-only testing.
